Secretary General of the Festival sur le Niger Foundation since June 1, 2020; among other things, Attaher manages the Research and Development (R&D) program and international communication. He has been coordinating the international music and art event – Ségou ‘Art – Festival sur le Niger, since 2018. He is also the Director of the Maaya Fund, a fund to aid artistic creation and solidarity in Mali. Maaya Entrepreneur, Attaher is coming out of the great school of Ségou (Kôrè Institute) which certified him in the management of cultural industries and the management of art funding institutions.
