Atilano (Agrea International, Filipina) akan berbagi pengalamannya dalam membangun dan mengimplementasikan konsep swasembada pangan di kepulauan Filipina, yang bernama One Island – One Economy. Helianti Hilman (Indonesia), Pendiri Javara dan Sekolah Seniman Pangan akan menceritakan usahanya dalam mengintegrasikan pangan warisan dalam gaya hidup masa kini dan membuat warisan budaya pangan Indonesia lebih mudah diakses luas. Janice Gabriel (produser TV, Inggris) akan berbagi pengalamannya tentang bagaimana kekuatan budaya pangan suatu negara meningkatkan branding bangsanya melalui program kuliner di jaringan TV, seperti budaya pangan Korea dan Inggris Robert Oliver (Chef, Host TV & Penulis Buku Kuliner, New Zealand) akan menceritakan pengalamannya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kebanggaan terhadap budaya dan kearifan makanan asli di negara-negara Pasifik untuk menuju gaya hidup yang lebih sehat, melalui program kuliner di TV.
Diskusi panel seru akan dipandu oleh Karen Lam (Singapura) , moderator profesional, pembicara, pelatih eksekutif dan juga pendiri WorldComm, dan Kestity Pringgoharjono (Indonesia), pendiri Preserve Indonesia dan juga Chief Program Officer untuk program Kuliner, Pendidikan Indonesia pada Frankfurt Book Fair 2015.

Let’s listen to the success stories of the struggle of food culture warriors from various parts of the world in mainstreaming the unique culture of each country.
Cherrie D. Atilano (Agrea International, Philippines) will share her experience in developing and implementing the concept of food self-sufficiency in the Philippine archipelago, which is called One Island – One Economy. Helianti Hilman (Indonesia), Founder of Javara and the School of Food Artists, will tell stories about integrating heritage food into today’s life and make Indonesia’s food cultural heritage more widely accessible. Janice Gabriel (TV producer, UK) will share her experience on how the strength of a country’s food culture enhances its nation’s branding through culinary programs on TV networks, such as Korean and English food culture. Robert Oliver (Chef, TV Host & Culinary Book Writer, New Zealand) will share his experience in increasing awareness and pride in the indigenous culture and food wisdom of Pacific countries to lead a healthier lifestyle, through culinary programs on TV.
The exciting panel discussion will be hosted by Karen Lam (Singapore), professional moderator, speaker, executive coach and also founder of WorldComm, and Kestity Pringgoharjono (Indonesia), founder of Preserve Indonesia and also Chief Program Officer for the Culinary program, Indonesian Education at the 2015 Frankfurt Book Fair.
The event will be held in two languages, English and Indonesian, with a simultaneous interpretation process using a professional translator.
